"Spirits of the Oregon Trail"  -- A play in two acts, which has a modern family moving to Oregon. Along the way the two teen-aged children encounter spirits of the early pioneers who recall their own journey. Filled with quotes from original diaries and journals. Published by Patrice Press, which publishes all manner of  Western History books. This play may be purchased at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (EOTIC) in Oregon City.

"Oregon City Walking Tour" -- Still in the works, this booklet takes the tourist on a great tour of Oregon City including the McLoughlin Promenade, and the elevator, with its wonderful view of the area. The text of this book is being written for the Clackamas County Historical Society. The entire book may be published in the future.

The Road to Oregon; Articles About the Oregon Trail -- A series of newspaper articles published as a book by the Bureau of Land Management in 1993. This book is no longer in print, but the Stories are available online at the website of the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center.

"Discovering Laurel Hill and the Barlow Road" -- The many requests at EOTIC about the infamous Laurel Hill led Jim to write  this handy self guided tour of the last land segment of the Oregon Trail. It may be purchased at EOTIC, and is presented here for perusal only.
